Of course none of us wish he'd been hurt. However, I am more concerned about the fate of the shoe thrower than I am of him

Roschelle, you are right. None of us wish he was hurt. The journalist has
been detained. I am not sure what the Iraqi law enforcement will do to him.
I suspect once this uproar dies down, he will be released. Bush is despised
in the Middle East and this guy seems to be a hero to many.

why wud u worry if bush wud get hurt? it's probably a whole blessing to all of us if he did! thank god that f......r is leaving so he cant cause more damaga to the world! and the states! now everybody thinks that we are all like bush!

I could care less if Bush was hurt. If we were all lucky that pretzel would have done its job a couple years back. I am only happy that Bush did not get hurt because the journalist would have been black-bagged. As it is, the journalist is pretty much a hero to people all over, not just in the Middle East. That was the ultimate F U. It shows the frustration people feel, without physically injuring anyone. Even if the shoes connnected it would have just been a black eye. Which is exactly what he has given us, the American people.

dang. to bad he missed. he shud've focused a bit more on the first shoe.. then he wudve gotten it right! =)
